If you’re not sure which service to book, I recommend starting with a Custom Facial. This treatment is fully tailored to your unique skin type, goals, and concerns, so you’ll get exactly what your skin needs that day. During your visit, we’ll begin with a thorough consultation and skin assessment. If, after evaluating your skin, we determine that a more advanced treatment—such as microneedling or Jet Plasma—would be a better fit, we can always adjust your appointment. This way, you don’t have to worry about choosing the “perfect” service ahead of time—I’ll guide you toward the right option once I see your skin in person.
There’s no need to arrive early for your appointment—your time is reserved just for you. I’ll be ready to welcome you right at your scheduled time so you can relax and enjoy your experience without any waiting. If you’d like to come a few minutes early to settle in, have some water, or take a moment for yourself before we begin, you’re more than welcome to, but it’s never required. Preparation is simple and stress-free! Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation text with a secure link to your intake form. Please fill this out before your appointment so I can better understand your skin history, lifestyle, and goals—this helps me create the most personalized treatment for you.
On the day of your visit, I recommend arriving with a clean face if possible (no heavy makeup or active skincare products like retinoids or exfoliants for a couple of days beforehand). Don’t worry if you forget—your comfort is the priority, and I’ll guide you every step of the way. We’ll begin with a consultation to review your form and talk through your skin needs, then move right into your customized treatment. All you need to do is show up ready to relax—I’ll take care of the rest.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged a 30% fee of the scheduled service. That fee will be deducted from your deposit or be charged to the card on file.

Absolutely! Every treatment I offer can be customized to suit sensitive skin and conditions like rosacea. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your skin history, current routine, and any sensitivities so I can choose the safest and most effective approach for you. My goal is always to strengthen your skin barrier, reduce inflammation, and support long-term skin health—not cause flare-ups. If at any point your skin needs a gentler option, I’ll adjust your treatment so you leave feeling comfortable, cared for, and confident. If you are allergic or sensitive to specific ingredients, you can include those on your intake form after you book.
Most clients experience very little downtime after microneedling. Right after your treatment, your skin may look pink or slightly flushed—similar to a mild sunburn—for the first 24 to 48 hours. You might also notice some tightness or mild sensitivity, which typically subsides within a couple of days.
By day 3 to 5, any redness usually fades, and your skin begins to look smoother and more refreshed. Makeup can generally be worn after 24 hours, but I’ll guide you on the best post-care to maximize your results and minimize irritation. Everyone’s skin is different, but overall, microneedling is considered a low-downtime treatment with powerful, long-term benefits.

The ideal frequency depends on your skin type, goals, and the treatments you’re receiving. For most clients:
Facials: Every 2-4 weeks for active treatment or 4-6 weeks for maintenance.
Microneedling: Typically every 4–6 weeks for best results, depending on your skin’s needs and sensitivity.
Jet Plasma: Can be done every 7 days - 4 weeks.
Customized treatment plans: I create a schedule tailored specifically to your skin, so you get maximum benefit without over-stressing your skin.
